MRP execution instruction †

  - Execute of MRP
Execute directions of MRP are performed based on setting Completed Mino MRP expansion condition. When Chang(ing) Expand article Piece temporarily, After change and MRP are Execute(d) for conditions on this screen.

Input item name	Number of bits	Explanation
Time fence	3	In Number of days for computing Time fence, and Current day, "0" is specified.
Expansion period	3	Even TO is specified by Day, Month, a season, and the number of Week(s) from Time fence (FROM) by Caculate Period (Read-in range like Base date) as MRPDay.
Batch processing	－	It is specified whether various Order release, Report release, etc. are performed automatically. 　Manufacture／Purchase order release 　Documented work instructions／Picking instruction sheet release 　Process outsource order generation 　Purchase list/packing list release
Production order releaseClassification	－	Base date at the time of Releas(ing) a manufacture order
Production order releasePeriod	3	Period (Day, Month, the season, the number of Week(s)) and Shift which perform Release are specified.
Picking instruction sheet release period	3
Purchase order releaseClassification	－	Base date at the time of Releas(ing) a Purchase order
Central purchasing release classification	－	It specifies at the time of Expand article Piece for performing central purchasing. Production order release, Work instruction sheet release, and Picking instruction sheet release are set to Invalid.
Purchase order releasePeriod	3	Period (Day, Month, the season, the number of Week(s)) and Shift which perform Release are specified.

Execute of MRP †

When performing Execute of MRP, 【MRP execution instruction】 is started. Since the various ObjectPeriod(s) are indicated by first Period based on setting Completed Mino MRP expansion condition, if the contents are Confirm(ed) and it is satisfactory, the 〔MRP execute〕 button will be pushed.

If the 〔Query〕 button is pushed after the end of MRP execute and a screen is scrolled to the lowermost part, Confirm of Execute Status is possible. In addition, the Execute result about each MRP-related processing can do Confirm of a log on 【job management】 screen of 『Operation control』. Please refer to 「Operation control」 about operation of 【job management】.

In the lowermost Execute Status column in a screen, Production release, Work instruction sheet release, The Picking instruction dictionaries Release and Purchase release. Process outsource generation, Purchase list/packing list release, When each Check box of Central purchasing release classification is OFF, Report release, such as Order release and a written directive, is not performed. In this case, if the button of lowermost 〔Work list inquiry〕 in a screen to 〔Purchase list release〕 is click(ed), it can change on the screen of each Function and can process.

Work instruction sheet release	Same as the above
Individual picking instruction directions	【Individual picking instruction directions】 of 『Inventory control』 are referred to.

Process outsource order generation	【Process outsource order generation】 of 『Purchase control』 is refered to.
Purchase list release	【Purchase list release】 of 『Purchase control』 is refered to.
