Process outsource order generation †

To the Release(d) Production order, Not creation and Classification made from M/P set the data of Purchase to Object, and Order data creates the Order data of Process outsourceItem. The method of Release will be two kinds, Individual release and Batch release.

Start date／Delivery date	－	Any of Start date or Delivery date are specified and Date is inputted.

Purchaser	－	Prior Entry is required for CodeList.

※It is also possible to perform automatically Process outsource order generation and Purchase list release as part of MRP processing.

To Individual a Process outsourcePurchase order In the Generation case. 【Process outsource order generation】 is started and an input and the 〔Query〕 button are click(ed) for the Query conditions of Item class. from Start date/Delivery date if needed. The data which creates from a Query result screen is Selection(ed), and the 〔Individual generation〕 button is click(ed). An output is more possible for Purchase list of the created Process outsourcePurchase order than 【Purchase list release】.

When Batch generation of a Process outsourcePurchase order is performed, 【Process outsource order generation】 is started and the Query conditions from Start date/Delivery date to Item class. are inputted if needed.
If the 〔Batch generation〕 button is click(ed) without click(ing) the 〔Query〕 button, Release will be performed without Confirm(ing) the Purchase order corresponding to Query conditions.
〔Query〕 When a button is click(ed), it is possible to Confirm the Purchase order used as Creation Object.
The 〔Batch generation〕 button is click(ed) after Confirm, with a Query result displayed.
