Cost calculationExecute

Cost calculation (Processing cost calculation and Purchase costUpdate -- Cost information accumulates) of Initial, Monthly, and Latest is Execute(d).
Refer to the 「Cost control outline」 for the contents of Caculate.

Input item name	Character	Number of bits	Mandatory	Explanation
Plant	Selection box	－		It inputs, when specifying and Caculat(ing) Plant.
Cost calculation	Check box	－	○	It is chosen any of 「Processing cost calculation」, 「Purchase costUpdate 」, 「Accumulated cost calculation」 they are.
Update object	Radio button	－	○	It is chosen any of 「Initial cost」, 「Monthly cost」, 「Latest cost」 they are.
The degree of Object year	Year	4	△	In Initial cost, it is a Mandatory input. Only this period or the next period will be able to be inputted.
ObjectPeriod	Selection box	-	△	In Initial cost, it is a Mandatory input. Only this period or the next period will be able to be inputted.
Object year/month	Year/month	7	△	In Monthly cost, it is a Mandatory input. Only this month or next month can be inputted.
Reference year/month/date	year/month/date	10	△	In Latest cost, it is a Mandatory input. Only Current day-Current day+30 Day can be inputted.
Item	alphabet/number/symbol	20		It inputs, when specifying and Caculat(ing) Item.

Immediate execution of Cost calculation †

Immediate execution [ Cost calculation（Processing cost calculation、Purchase costUpdate 、Cost information accumulates） of Initial, Monthly, and Latest ]. Execut(ing) by Specified item if needed is possible. Please carry out Night execution, when you perform Cost calculation of All at once.
Re-Caculate is performed after clearing Entry Completed Mino Cost.
When Item which is not Entr(ied) by Initial cost exists at the time of Caculate Execute of Latest cost, (When BOM is Entr(ied) in Period) etc., Feed back [ the Caculate result of Latest cost / Initial cost ]. It does not Update to Item which exists in Initial cost.

Night execution of Cost calculation †

It reserves for Night execution [ Cost calculation（Processing cost calculation、Purchase costUpdate 、Cost information accumulates）of Initial, Monthly, and Latest ]. Execut(ing) by Specified item if needed is possible. Execute article Piece of Night execution is set only to one. When 条 Piece is Change(d) and the Night execution button is pushed again, 条 Piece of Latest serves as Valid.
Caculate processing is performed like Immediate execution.

Cancellation of Night execution of Cost calculation †

Choose the reservation data of Object from a Caculate Execute history and push a Night execution cancellation button to Canel reservation of Night execution.

The display of a Caculate Execute history †

Indicate the Caculate Execute history by list.
When it is the end of warning, there is possibility of the Entry defect of a master. Please Confirm the contents of Details on a job Execute history reference screen.
When you are an abnormal end, please ask a help desk.

List Item name	Explanation
Plant code	When Plant is specified, Plant code is outputted, and 「ALL:Allplants」 is outputted when All plants is Object.
Operation time	The time of Day which pushed Immediate execution or the Night execution button from the screen is outputted.
Operator	The user ID which pushed Immediate execution or the Night execution button from the screen is outputted.
Execution classification	「J:It is Execute immediately. 」･･･When the Immediate execution button is pushed. 「Y:Night execution 」･･･When the Night execution button is pushed. 「M:Ledger creation pretreatment」･･･When it Execute with the pretreatment of Ledger creation.
Execution complete classification	「0:No.tExecute 」･･･When Caculate is No.tExecute. 「1:Execute Completed」･･･When Caculate is Execute Completed.
Processing cost	「Blank」･･･In the case of Caculate No..n-object 「Reservation」･･･In No.tExecute, it is at Caculate Object. 「○」･･･In the case of a normal end, it is at Caculate Completed. 「△」･･･In the end of warning, it is at Caculate Completed. 「×」･･･In the case of an abnormal end, it is at Caculate Completed.
Purchase cost	「Blank」･･･In the case of Caculate No..n-object 「Reservation」･･･In No.tExecute, it is at Caculate Object. 「○」･･･In the case of a normal end, it is at Caculate Completed. 「△」･･･In the end of warning, it is at Caculate Completed.
Accumulated cost	「Blank」･･･In the case of Caculate No..n-object 「Reservation」･･･In No.tExecute, it is at Caculate Object. 「○」･･･In the case of a normal end, it is at Caculate Completed. 「△」･･･In the end of warning, it is at Caculate Completed.
Initial	The case 「*」 of Caculate Object is outputted.
Monthly	The case 「*」 of Caculate Object is outputted.
Latest	The case 「*」 of Caculate Object is outputted.
Initial_Year	Output the degree of Object year of Initial cost.
Initial-period	Output ObjectPeriod of Initial cost.
Month-year/month	Output Object year/month of Monthly cost.
Latest-base date	Output Reference year/month/date of the latest cost.
Item	When Item is specified, output.
Execution time	Output the time of Day which Execute(d) Caculate.
