Receipt Batch entry †

From Purchase information inquiry, Not received, The CSV output of a part of Purchase information is carried out, it edits in Excel (CSV), the information is summarized on a number screen, and Read-in is carried out.

Query item name	Explanation
Register type	Reception is specified.
File name	The full path of the storing place and File name of a file which perform Batch processing is specified.

Input item name	Character	Number of bits	Mandatory	Explanation
Purchase No...	alphabet/number	14	○	Purchase No (form of OrderNO-OrderDetailsNO) which performs Reception is inputted.
Reception date	year/month/date		○	Reception date is inputted. The input of Future day is impossible.
Qualified qty.	number	12,4	○	Qualified qty. is inputted. ※When Quantity unit differs from Purchase unit, please input Quantity of Purchase unit.
Defective qty.	number	12,4	○	Defective qty. is inputted. ※When Quantity unit differs from Purchase unit, please input Quantity of Purchase unit.
Batch number	alphabet/number	20		Batch number is inputted.
Item				It is Reference information.
Purchase date	year/month/date			It is Reference information.
INVOICE NO	半角英数字記号(大文字)	20		受入INVOICE NOを入力。

Confirm of Receipt Batch entry †

Before Batch entry, it is Confirm(ed) whether there is any error in the contents of a file.

A Confirm procedure becomes as follows.
①【Receipt Batch entry】 is started, Reception is specified by Register type, the 〔Reference〕button of File name is click(ed) and the file which uploads is specified.
②If the Confirm button is click(ed), Confirm processing will start.
③Since a List indication of the Confirm result will be given if the 〔Result confirmation〕 button is click(ed) after processing, it Confirm(s) that it is errorless.

Entry of Receipt Batch entry †

The 〔Entry〕 button will be click(ed) and there is Batch entry [ with the 〔Confirm〕 button / Purchase information ] if there is no error in the file [ Batch entry / file ].

An Entry procedure becomes as follows.
①【Receipt Batch entry】 is started, Reception is specified by Register type, the 〔Reference〕 button of File name is click(ed) and the file which uploads is specified.
②If the Entry button is click(ed), package Reception processing will start.
③Since a List indication of the Reception result will be given if the 〔Result confirmation〕 button is click(ed) after processing, it Confirm(s) that it is errorless.

Result confirmation of Receipt Batch entry †

The result processed with the 〔Confirm〕 button and the 〔Entry〕 button is indicated by List.

Resuluting output of Receipt Batch entry †

The contents of List of Result confirmation are downloaded by All pieces and CSV.
