Forecast sales order entry †

Order control
- Forecast sales order entry
Entry, Update, and Delete of Forecast order are carried out for every Customer and Customer item.

Input item name	Character	Number of bits	Mandatory	Explanation
Customer	alphabet/number	6	○	Customer code Entr(ied) by Customer master is inputted.
Place of delivery	alphabet/number	8		It inputs, when Place of delivery differs from Customer. In a No.t input, the same Place of delivery as Customer is set.
Customer item		30	○	Customer item Entr(ied) by Primary table for customer item change information is inputted.
Customer revision	alphabet/number	4		Revision of Customer item is inputted. In a No.t input, Revision of Primary table for customer item change information is set.
Customer item name		-		Display Item. Customer item name of Primary table for customer item change information is displayed.
Plant item		-		Item display. Display the Plant item of Primary table for customer item change information.
Plant item name		-		Display Item. Item name of Plant item is displayed.
Forecast order No...		-		The Forecast order number numbered automatically in a system.
【Details section】line No		-		Item display. Details will be automatic numbering in the number system.
【Details section】Forecast quantity	number	12,4	○	The number of Forecast order is input.
【Details section】Unit		-		Indication Item. Quantity unit in Forecast quantity is indicated.
【Details section】Delivery date	year/month/date	－	○	Customer Delivery date is input.

Add of Forecast sales order †

This screen is opened in Add mode in 【Forecast sales order entry 】 from Top Menu at the time of the 〔Add〕 button of Selection or 【Forecast sales order list】, and the 〔Ref. add〕 button click.
※The 〔Add〕 button can be used at the time of Add mode.

An Entry procedure becomes as follows.
①Input the upside Forecast order header Item.
②Input lower Forecast orderDetailsItem.
③When Entry(ing) two or more Details(es), click the 〔Line add〕 button and increase a Details line. (A maximum of 100 pieces)
④Forecast order information is Entr(ied) by click(ing) the 〔Add〕 button.
※Since 〔Line add〕 is only extension of a Details line and data storage is not performed, after edit should click the 〔Add〕 button at any cost.

Update of Forecast sales order †

At the time of the 〔Update〕 button click of 【Forecast sales order list】, this screen is opened in Update mode.
※The 〔Update〕 button and the 〔Delete〕 button can be used at the time of Update mode.

Forecast order information is Update(d) by click(ing) the 〔Update〕 button in Change possible Item by After change.

Delete of Forecast sales order †

At the time of the 〔Update〕 button click of 【Forecast sales order list】, this screen is opened in Update mode.
※The 〔Update〕 button and the 〔Delete〕 button can be used at the time of Update mode.

Forecast order information is Delete(d) by Confirm(ing) and Delet(ing) displayed Forecast order information, and click(ing) the 〔Delete〕 button, if satisfactory.
