Purchase unitConversionmasterList †

Master table management
- Purchase unitConversionmasterList
ConversionPercentage for Conversion(ing) from Quantity unit to Purchase unit is carried out Entry.
A setup sets up by 2 patterns of 「General」and 「By Supplier/Item」.
- General･･･It is not concerned with Item-Supplier like KGM (kilogram) to GRM (gram), but the same ConversionPercentage is setting.
- By Supplier/Item･･･ConversionPercentage is setting for every Supplier ・ Item. #br

Query item name	Explanation
Setting classification	「General」 or 「By Supplier/Item」 is Selection(ed).
Item	Only in 「By Supplier/Item」, Setting classification is Valid.
Supplier	Only in 「By Supplier/Item」, Setting classification is Valid.

Effective date	An Output case inputs only Valid UnitConversionmasterinformation by specified Date.

Unit 2	Selection box	-	○
Effective date	year/month/date	－	○	Date used as Valid is inputted.
Expire date	year/month/date	－		Date used as Invalid is inputted. In not inputting, it Entr(ies) by 9999/12/31.
Percentage	number	12,4	○	Percentage which Conversion(s) from Unit 1 to Unit 2 is inputted. Example）Unit 1「KGM」Unit 2「GRM」⇒ConversionPercentage「1,000」

Query of UnitConversioninformation †

When performing Query of UnitConversioninformation Entr(ied), 【Purchase unitConversionmasterList】 is started and an input and the 〔Query〕 button are click(ed) for Query conditions.
When performing Add and Update after a Query result is displayed, Details of Object is Selection(ed) if needed and each button is click(ed).

Add of UnitConversioninformation †

When newly performing Add of UnitConversioninformation, the 〔Add〕 button is click(ed) on the screen immediately after 【Purchase unitConversionmasterList】 starting, or the screen of a Query result.
Since 【Purchase unitConversionmasterEntry】 is displayed, necessary information is inputted and the 〔Add〕 button is click(ed).

Ref. add of UnitConversioninformation †

When Referenc(ing) already Entr(ied) UnitConversioninformation and Add(ing) a new setup, On the screen on which the Query result of 【Purchase unitConversionmasterList】 is displayed, the data of a quoting agency is Selection(ed) and a 〔Ref. add〕 button is click(ed).
Since information of a quoting agency is displayed the first stage, the contents of the input Item are Change(d) and the 〔Add〕 button is click(ed).

Update of UnitConversioninformation †

When editing already Entr(ied) UnitConversioninformation, On the screen on which the Query result of 【Purchase unitConversionmasterList】 is displayed, the data to correct is Selection(ed) and the 〔Update〕button is click(ed).
Since UnitConversioninformation which Selection(ed) is displayed, the contents of the input Item are Change(d) and the 〔Update〕button is click(ed).

Delete of UnitConversioninformation †

When Delet(ing) already Entr(ied) UnitConversioninformation, On the screen on which the Query result of 【Purchase unitConversionmasterList】 is displayed, the data which Delete(s) is Selection(ed) and the 〔Delete〕 button is click(ed).
