Order control
- Sales order list
Orderinformation of the customer who did EDI Import, Order information Entr(ied) by 【Sales order entry 】 and 【Sales order batch entry 】 is indicated by List.
Moreover, progress Status can be Confirm(ed) by Specified(ing) Order-Shipping status.
Add of Order information, Update, and Cancel can be performed by changing from this screen to 【Sales order entry 】.

Item class.1	Item class.1 of ItemOrder is specified.

集計行チェックボックス	一覧に集計行を表示する際にチェック

When performing Query of Order information, start 【Sales order list】 and push an input and the 〔Query〕 button for Query article Piece.
As an example of Confirm of Progress Status, if Shipping status is checked to Unshipped and Partially shipped, only Confirm Order status, Order information of Open sales order is displayed.
検索項目の集計行チェックボックスにチェックをした場合、一覧の1行目に数量と金額の合計が表示されます。

Packing list No	When a Shipping report is given from Packing list No, Packing list No is displayed. In Division Shipping, it indicates more than one by comma separated values.
Billing	Billing is displayed when OrderEntry(ing), and Billing is specified and Entr(ied).

When Confirm(ing) Inventory status of Item which Order(ed), 〔Inventory status〕 A button is pushed, and it changes and Confirm(s) to 【Sales order allocation details 】.
Which pushes the 〔Inventory status〕 button after choosing Order information from a list, Selected OrderItem is set when it changes to 【Sales order allocation details 】.

The button which can change when Valid is used from a system parameter comes to be displayed.
After Selection(ing) Order information from List, if the 〔Production order list〕 button is click(ed), it will change to Production order list. When it changes to 【Production order list】, Production number which Selection(ed) is set.
After Selection(ing) Order information from List, 〔Purchase information inquiry〕 If a button is click(ed), it will change to Purchase information inquiry. When it changes to 【Purchase information inquiry 】, Production number which Selection(ed) is set.

When performing Add of Order, the 〔Add 〕 button is pushed and it changes to 【Sales order entry 】.
Add processing is performed at a changes place.
※Refer to the 【Sales order entry 】 for processing at a changes place.

When quoting and Entry(ing) existing Order information, the data of a quoting agency is chosen from the Query result of this screen, a 〔Ref. add 〕 button is pushed, and it changes to 【Sales order entry 】.
At a changes place, since a first Period indication of Order information of a quoting agency is given, the contents of the input Item are Change(d) and Add processing is performed.
※Refer to the 【Sales order entry 】 for processing at a changes place.

When Updat(ing) existing Order information, the data which Update(s) from the Query result of this screen is chosen, the 〔Update 〕 button is pushed, and it changes to 【Sales order entry 】.
Since Order information selected at the changes place is displayed, the contents of the input Item are Change(d) and Update processing is performed.
