BOM control Outline †

In BOM control, as the fundamental information of a production management system, every information supporting product manufacturing is managed in an integrated manner, and provide information for each system function from the designing of Manufactured items to manufacturing.

Basic・General: Information of peculiar to Item(s), such as Item description、Specification、Insourcing・Outsourcing defenition
Order: Information required for Order(s), such as production lead time of item, lot-size, defective percentage
Supply_information: Supplier from which Purchase(s) outsourcing Items, and its unit price information
Processing-steps: Processing steps for manufacturing insourcing items
Labour hours: Labour hours at the time of manufacturing insourcing items
Item Structure information: Relation information between Parent item and Child-item required for Production Order, and Structure item (bill of materials)
Cost information: Information about Individual cost and Accumulated cost of Item

Since Iteminformation and the Bill-of-Materials information is the fundamental information of everything, it is definitely required perfect information maintenance.

It cannot Change Structure information until Formal entry completion.
		Bill-of-materials Formal entry through batch process	The contents of a BOM through the work of Entry and Change are Entried to a Formal entry BOM. When an error occurs while a loop checking, the contents of update are canceled.（It will be backto the Status before Formal entry processing）
		LLVCD assignment of order numbers	・Confirm whether Loop is not happened within the entried Structure item of the BOM When error is detected, BOM data will be recovered before the formal entry ismade. ・Re-Calculate low-level Code of Structure item of the BOM which Formal entry was carried out, and Update it.

		Forward expansion（Internal processing）	All Item Structure information of 1 class lower rank or the lower rank class is extracted for Specified Item. ・When the date is specified, extract only the composition which specification date is valid. ・When the Production number specified, extract only the composition from which Specification Production number is Valid. ・When the PRFX is specified, extract all Item Structure information of existing after pecified PRFX. ・At the time of MRP is specified, extract only Items of MRP Expand Classification="1" (Object) of Item Basic information.
		Reverse expansion（Internal processing）	All Item Structure information of 1 class higher rank or the higher rank class is extracted for Specified Item. ・When the date is specified, extract only the composition which specification date is valid. ・When the Production number is specified, extract only the composition from which Specification Production number is Valid. ・When the PRFX is specified, extract all Item Structure information of existing after specified PRFX. ・At the time of MRP is specified, extract only Iems of MRP Expand Classification="1" (Object) of Item Basic information.
		Summary Expand (Internal processing）	Summarize all the structure information of the specified item to a low rank class or a higher rank class. ・At the time of Date specified, extract only items has valid specified date. ・At the time of Production number specified, extract items has the valid Production number only. ・Extract all Item Structure information which exists after Specification PRFX at the time of PRFX specified. ・Extract only Items of MRP Expand Classification="1" (Object) of ItemBasic information at the time of MRP specification.
		Item update	Update item information of Specified Item.
		Structure update	Update structure information of specified Item. ※Perform Structure Change of non-Item change or Changes without Change of a number per 1 parent unit by this processing.
