- Sales order allocation inquiry
  - Reference of the OrderInventory mortgage Status
In the range of Scheduled shipping date, the mortgage Status to the production schedule and Inventory to Order/Forecast sales order is Reference(d) by a time series for every Item.

Query item name	Explanation
Plant
Scheduled shipping date	表示する出荷予定日のFromとToを指定。Fromのみ必須過去の日付を指定することも可能
Scheduled storing date	The display of Sched complete is specified by Production completed or Scheduled storing date.
Item	Plant item
Customer	Customer information

※When Customer is specified, the mortgage to the other company is not considered.
＜Example＞
If Customer is narrowed down at A company when the same Item is pieceOrder(ed) 20 to A company at 10piece and B company and 30piece production is carried out, Order quantity will be displayed by 10piece, but Scheduled production quantity is displayed as 30piece, and the mortgage to B company is displayed by Status which is not considered.

Reference of the OrderInventory mortgage Status †

When performing Reference, Scheduled shipping date and Item are inputted on the screen of 【Sales order allocation inquiry 】, and the 〔Query 〕 button is click(ed).

After the display of a Reference result, please click the 〔CSV output〕 button if needed and download data. Moreover, if it clicks ItemCode, it will change on the screen of 【Sales order allocation details 】.

List item name	Explanation
Item/Item name	Display Plant item and Plant item name.
Inventory qty.	Display Current inventory quantity.
General	When it is Plant item Order(ed) by two or more Customer(s), display by 「*」.
Order quantity	Display an Open sales order number (Order quantity - Shipping quantity).
Forecast quantity	Display a Forecast sales order number.
Scheduled production quantity	Display Scheduled production quantity by a Production-Purchase order.
Inventory transition	Minus and Scheduled production quantity added Current inventory quantity to Order quantity, and Forecast quantity. Transition of Inventory qty. is displayed.
Previous	Display Summaryvalue of Order quantity of DatePrevious by which it is indicated by List, Forecast quantity, and Scheduled production quantity.
MM/DD	Order quantity and Forecast quantity are displayed on Date which is in agreement with Delivery date, Scheduled production quantity is displayed on Date which is in agreement with Production completedDay.
