- Picking instruction
Picking instruction is performed to Sub-item of ManufactureItem carried out in Production order release.
By performing Picking instruction, Picking instruction sheet and Picking slip can be Release(d).
Sub-item used as Picking instruction Object, It is necessary to Entry Picking instruction sheet release classification of ItemDetails (Procedure informationEntry) by 「1:Required」.
There are Individual picking instruction and Marshaling picking in the kind of Picking.
- Individual picking instruction:Picking instruction date, Picking form of in addition to Picking location taking out Picking instruction to LocationUnit and collecting Sub-item collectively by directed Location.
- Marshaling picking:Picking instruction date, Picking form of in addition to Picking location taking out Picking instruction to Parent item and Production order No Unit, and patrolling and collecting each Location(s) in which directed Sub-item is stored.
  ※When the combination of Item order.Picking instruction classification of parents and Sub-item is 「Marshaling picking」 also with parents and a child, it becomes Marshaling picking directions.
  ※It becomes 「Individual picking instruction」 except the above.

Shift（To）	－	It is Selection about the end Shift of a PeriodSpecified case in Picking instruction date.
Production number	－		Production number ledger

Location	－		Location
Picking location plant	－
Parent item	－	Parent item is inputted.
Picking locationW／C	－	It is Selection about first ProcessWork center of Parent item.	Work center
Picking instruction No	－	It is Valid when performing Query of Picking instruction Completed.
Production order No	－	Production order No of Parent item is inputted.
Picking instruction STS	－	Status of Picking instruction is expressed.
Parent order ST	－	Status of the Production order of Parent item is expressed. 　C:Complete 　R:Release 　S:First Process start
Picking STS	－	The Picking progress Status of Sub-item is expressed.

Query †

Query conditions are inputted and a List indication of Picking reservation is given by click(ing) the 〔Query〕 button.

When Confirm(ing) progress of Picking, Completed of Picking instruction STS is checked, and Picking STS is narrowed down and it indicates by List.

In Marshaling picking, it is necessary to input Parent item or Production order No in which. Moreover, Picking instruction date, Location, Item, and Item class cannot be specified.

There is a case Quer(ied) no longer on this screen after processing of Production order termination. In that case, once you perform Yield return, please Query. 。

Batch picking instruction †

To Picking reservation of All which is in agreement with Query conditions, when Picking instruction, it is used. Query conditions are set and directions are carried out for Picking reservation of All by click(ing) the [Batch picking instruction] button.

Picking instruction †

From a Query result, Picking reservation which carries out Picking instruction is Selection(ed), and the 〔Picking instruction〕 button is click(ed). Two or more Selection(s) are possible and Instruction STS cannot Selection the thing of Completed.

※If Check box of the List title part Minute is checked, Picking reservation of All in Paige who is displaying will be set to SelectionStatus.
（Other pages are not Selection(ed). ）

This button is not displayed, in order in Marshaling picking to Selection by Individual and not to carry out Picking instruction.
Please carry out Batch picking instruction.

Re-print †

Re-print of Picking instruction sheet and Picking slip is made to Picking instruction Completed Picking reservation. From a Query result, a thing is Selection(ed) and the [Re-print] button is click(ed). Two or more Selection(s) are possible and Instruction STS cannot Selection the thing of Not.

Cancel †

To Picking instruction Completed Picking reservation, PickingTrack record can be Cancel(ed), if it is before Entry. Picking instruction to Cancel from a Query result is Selection(ed), and the 〔Cancel〕 button is click(ed). Two or more Selection(s) are possible and Instruction STS cannot Selection the thing of Not.
