- Shipping instruction sheet Release
Based on Order information, Shipping instruction sheet and Packing list are outputted, and Shipping directions are performed for every Location. Batch release after inputting conditions, and Individual release after displaying a Query result are possible. It becomes premise processing of a Shipping report input.

Plant with same Shipping instruction sheet, It is collected and outputted by ShippingInstruction date, Scheduled shipping date, Transportation type, Customer, Place of delivery, and Location.

Query item name	Explanation
Plant	Specification is impossible. User Subordinate plant.
Scheduled shipping instruction date	Date which pulled Scheduled shipping date to Package lead time.As for a default, Date of Current day is set to Scheduled shipping instruction dateTO.※Scheduled shipping date is Date which pulled Delivery date to Transportation leadtime.

Item class.1	Item class.1 of ItemOrder is specified.
Item class.2	Item class.2 of ItemOrder is specified.
Item class.3	Item class.3 of ItemOrder is specified.
Item class.4	Item class.4 of ItemOrder is specified.
Release classification	ReleaseCompleted is included. If it checks, ReleaseCompleted Mino Shipping directions will also already serve as Object.
Output object	It is specified for one side of Shipping instruction sheet and Packing list, or both whether it is Output.

If Query conditions are inputted and the 〔Batch release〕 button is click(ed), the PDF file of Shipping instruction sheet-Packing list which is in agreement with conditions, and the CSV file of Shipping directions will be created. This PDF file and the CSV file can do Confirm of The contents of an output on the 【Report management】 screen of 『Operation control』. Please Reference the document of 「Operation control」 about operation of 【Report management】.

Packing list outputs three copies, a [PresentItem vote], [Packing list], and a [receipt], to 1 page. ※The Release existence of Packing list is dependent on a setup of Customer master.

The CSV file of Shipping directions can be used as a former file of 【Shipping report Batch entry】.

If Query conditions are inputted and the 〔Query〕 button is click(ed), List of Shipping directions will be displayed. ※When there is no check in 「ReleaseCompleted being included」 of Release classification, Object which took out Shipping instruction sheet once is not displayed.

Shipping instruction information which wants to Release Shipping instruction sheet from a Query result is Selection(ed), 〔Individual release〕Shipping instruction sheet and Packing list of data which Selection(ed) when the button was click(ed) are outputted.
