Process control

Production order entry

It is a screen for carrying out Entry and Update of the Production order.
When carrying out Entry, specify Item and Entry a Production order.
When carrying out Update, from Production order list, specify Production order No, change to this screen, and Update a Production order.
Work instruction sheet is automatically Release(d) after Entry and Update.
When Process outsource is created, automatic Release of Purchase list is not carried out. Please create a Process outsource order on the Process outsource order generation screen of Purchase control.

Query item name	Explanation
Plant	Specification is impossible. An Entry user's Plant code is displayed.
Item	Manufacture Item is inputted.

Header section

Production order No		－		An input is impossible. In the case of Update mode, Production order No of Update object is displayed.
Start date/Delivery date	year/month/date	－		chose a start date or delivery date, and input the start date / delivery date of a production order. When the process expansion method is "Forward", "start date" is chosen by default, and when "Backward", "delivery date" is chosen.
Start date	year/month/date	－		In Start date of a Production order, when an input ProcessExpand plan is a forward, the input Item of Start date is displayed.
Delivery date	year/month/date	－		In Delivery date of a Production order, when an input ProcessExpand plan is backward, the input Item of Delivery date is displayed.
Item				An input is impossible. Item and Item name are displayed.
Order qty.	number	15	○	Order qty. of a Production order is inputted.

Ref. Supplier setting		6		A Generation case uses Process outsource, when Referenc(ing) Supplier code.

Direct delivery		－		In SupplierDirect delivery, it is the check ON. A setup is possible when Self-Process and The following Process are 「P:Subcontract」.
Yield		－		In Yield reportObject, in Check ON LastProcess or 「P:Subcontract」, even if it uses the check OFF, it becomes with YieldObject.

Add of the Production order information †

Entry a Production order and Process from inputted information.
Add Process by which Selection was carried out.
Work instruction sheet of the Production order by which Add was carried out is Release(d) simultaneously.

Update of the Production order information †

Update a Production order and Process from inputted information.
Besides Quantity-Delivery date, Change of in-company processing ⇔Process outsource is also possible.
Add of Process is possible.
Delete of already Entr(ied) Process is not made.
Process of Start Completed cannot Change.
When reducing Order qty., value less than the Yield number of Process(es) of Start Completed cannot be inputted.
Work instruction sheet of the Production order by which Update was carried out is Release(d) simultaneously.

Automatic calculation of the start date and delivery date of each process. †

If you input the start date and delivery date of a header item, and click the [Automatic calculation] button, then Start date and delivery date of each process is calculated.
According to the input value of process L/T of each process, the start date and delivery date of each process is calculated.
The default input value of process L/T of each process is process L/T of each process defined by the Item process master information.
