- Individual release of production order
Indicate by List the Production order by which Release is not carried out, Selection and perform Production order release processing to Individual. Moreover, it is also possible to perform Production order release processing by package to the data applicable to Query Condition. It is also possible to already perform Re-release of Work instruction sheet to a ReleaseCompleted Production order. It is also possible to Delete the order of Not start.

設定により、製造オーダーに紐付く構成品目の出庫指示を、製造オーダーのリリースと同時に実施することが可能です。
※出庫指示を実施する場合、出庫指示書・出庫伝票の発行有無の設定も可能です。

After the display of a Query result, please click the 〔CSV output〕 button if needed and download data.

The Production order which performs Release on the Query result screen of 【Individual release of production order】 is Selection(ed), and the 〔Individual release 〕 button is click(ed).
Work instruction sheet of the order set to Object simultaneously with Production order release is outputted. Work instruction sheet can Confirm The contents of an output on the 【Report management】 screen of 『Operation control』. Please Reference the document of 「Operation control」 about operation of 【Report management】.

When Release of the Production order for which Release is not performed is performed by package, 【Individual release of production order】 is started, An input and the 〔Batch release〕 button are click(ed) for Query Condition from Charge to Item class. Start date/Delivery date and if needed. Release of Work instruction sheet is also performed at the same time it Release(s) Production order(Not Release, and corresponding to Query Condition).
Work instruction sheet can Confirm The contents of an output on the 【Report management】 screen of 『Operation control』. Please Reference the document of 「Operation control」 about operation of 【Report management】.

Only 1 piece Selection(s) the Production order which performs Delete on the Query result screen of 【Individual release of production order】, and it click(s) the 〔Delete 〕 button. Only in the order in which Delete is possible, Delete is performed. Since you cannot Completed at the time of Picking instruction and the Yield reportCompleted order cannot Delete, please perform Delete after performing Cancel processing in each Function.

Perform Query of 【Individual release of production order】.
An input, however Order ST check only R:Release for Query Condition from Charge to Item class. Start date/Delivery date and if needed, and click the 〔Query〕 button.
since ReleaseCompleted sees and a Production order is displayed, please specify the order which performs a re-output and click the 〔Re-print〕 button.
