In Process control, based on the result of MRP, it ProcessExpand(s) based on Processmaster, Release of a Manufacture order is performed, and Work instruction sheet is outputted. To work instructions, Yield report is performed by every Manufacture order, Process or Item, and either for every Work center, and progress management is performed. LoadStatus is Confirm(ed) for every Work center, Change of a Production schedule, Change of Work center, etc. are performed, and Load leveling is performed.
- About Progress Status Progress Status is expressed as the following status.
Turn Status Progress Status 1 P:Plan The Plan order after MRP execute 2 O:Confirm Order created by Production planConfirm processing (only Forecast production) 3 Release Not start after Production order release. It creates like Day of Process by Release processing, and performs Release for work instructions. 4 Start It is Not Complete although Yield report. 5 Complete ManufactureComplete or Terminate
The progress Status of the Manufacture order of status after R:Release is set up by the progress Status of Process.
Status of a Manufacture order Status of Process Release The status of all the Process(es) is Release. Start The status of all the Process(es) is not Release or Complete. Complete The status of all the Process(es) is Complete. - About Yield report

Only Process of Yield reportRequired inputs a man day from a screen. Process of Yield reportNeedlessness is Entr(ied) by "Standard work unit × Yield number (Qualified qty.+Defective qty.)", Entr(ies) a man day collectively to Process of Yield reportRequired, or sets it up with a parameter at the time of introduction. It is possible to input only a man day, without inputting a Yield number.
- About the Storing processing at the time of Yield report It is considered as the number which Complete(d) Qualified qty. of LastProcess, and Storing processing is performed. Location of the Storing point turns into Location which Entr(ied) to Item ordermaster.

Before performing Picking processing of Sub-item, Yield report can be performed, but please be sure to perform Pickingreport.- When Picking(ing) with backflash
When Yield of the following is Entr(ied), Picking processing of Sub-item is performed.
