• two or more Order information from a customer is edited in Excel (CSV), the Order information is summarized on a number screen, and Read-in sees it.

• Query Condition can be specified and CSV download for package Change can be Output(ed).

CSV download for package Change †

• Download CSV for Package Change.

• An output procedure becomes as follows.
  ①It is arbitrary and specify CSV downloard condition for Batch change.※In Shipping status, the thing of Unshipped and Partially shipped serves as Output object.
  ②CSV output if a download button is click(ed).
  ③Please Change the contents of CSV after download, set Register type to Change, and perform upload processing.

Confirm of Sales order batch entry †

• Confirm whether there is any error in the contents of a file before carrying out Batch entry.

• A Confirm procedure becomes as follows.
  ①Start 【Sales order batch entry】, click the 〔Reference〕 button of File name, and specify the file which uploads.
  ②If the Confirm button is click(ed), Confirm processing will start.
  ③Since a List indication of the Confirm result will be given if the 〔Result confirmation〕 button is click(ed) after processing, Confirm that it is errorless.

Entry of Sales order batch entry †

• The 〔Entry〕 button will be click(ed) and there is Batch entry [ with the 〔Confirm〕 button / Order information ] if there is no error in the file [ Batch entry / file ].

• An Entry procedure becomes as follows.
  ①click the 〔Reference〕 button of File name and specify the file which uploads.
  ②If the Entry button is click(ed), Batch entry processing will start.
  ③Since a List indication of the Entry result will be given if the 〔Result confirmation〕 button is click(ed) after processing, Confirm that it is errorless.
  ※When an error exists, Order information used as an error is not Entr(ied). Order information used as an error is Entr(ied).

Result confirmation of Sales order batch entry †

• Indicate the result processed with the 〔Confirm〕button and the 〔Entry〕 button by List.

Resuluting output of Sales order batch entry †

• Download the contents of List of Result confirmation by All pieces and CSV.
