  - Entry of Shipping
  - Return of Shipping
Entry and Return of ShippingTrack record are performed. An Entry pattern turns into the following 4 patterns.
- ＜Shipping instruction No＞
  Shipping instruction No indicated to Shipping instruction sheet to Track record is Entr(ied). It will be the requisite to Release Shipping instruction sheet.
- ＜Order No・line No＞
  Order No-Orderline No of Order information to Track record is Entr(ied). Only Direct deliveryItem by which Shipping instruction sheet is not Release(d) becomes possible.
- ＜Packing list No＞
  Packing list No to Track record from a customer is Entr(ied). It will be the requisite to have taken in Packing listinformation of EDI.
- ＜Customer・Customer purchase No・Customer line number＞
  Customer-Customer purchase No-Customer line number of Order information to Trackrecord is Entr(ied).

When the Sales standard of the system parameter is set as the 「Shipping standard」, Salesinformation is also Entr(ied) simultaneously.

The contents which Entr(ied) can be Confirm(ed) for 【the Shipping history Reference】.

Shipping date （Reverse date）	year/month/date	－	○	As for a default, Current day is set. Date which actually Shipping(ed) is inputted.
Shipping quantity （Reverse quantity）	number	12,4	○	Location in which the default had directions is set. Quantity which actually Shipping(ed) is inputted.
Location		8	○	Location in which the default had directions is set. Location which actually Shipping(ed) is inputted.

Batch number	alphabet/number/symbol	20		Batch number used for the traceability of Item is inputted. Traceability is possible at 【receipt-and-payment Track recordReference】.
Pallet	alphabet/number/symbol	10		It inputs, when Shipping(ing) by PalletUnit, and it manages as Track recordinformation.
Shift	alphabet/number	1		Shift which Shipping(ed) is inputted and it manages as Track recordinformation.
Remarks		40		At the time of Shipping, Remarks at the time of Reverse is inputted and it manages as Track recordinformation.
B/L DATE	year/month/date	-		B/L DATE (loading Day) is inputted.
INVOICE NO	number sign	20		INVOICE No is inputted.

Entry of Shipping †

If a 【Shipping report input】 is Selection(ed) from Top Menu when performing Entry of Shipping, this screen will be opened in Entry mode.

An Entry procedure becomes as follows. ①Any pattern inputs required Slip No etc. (reading by a bar code reader), and click(s) the 〔Query〕button. ※When it reads with a bar code reader, it Query automatically. ②Since the Details section is displayed, Shipping date, Shipping quantity, and Location at the time of Shipping are specified, and the 〔Entry〕button is click(ed).

Return of Shipping †

When returned goods and the Entry mistake in ShippingTrack record perform Reverse, If Track record is Selection(ed) and the 〔Reverse〕 button is click(ed) from List of 【the Shipping history Reference】, it will change to this screen and this screen will be opened in Return mode.
In the case of Return mode, ShippingTrack recordinformation is displayed when it changes.

Location which returns Reverse date of the Details section, Reverse quantity, and Item is specified, and the 〔Entry〕 button is click(ed).
