Bill-of-materials Entry and Change †

【Functional outline】
①new -- a bill of materials (Item composition, Structure iteminformation) -- Entry -- Entry Completed can see and it can perform Change of a bill of materials.
②information of an Item master (Basic-General-Order) can be set up from the Item composition which Entr(ied).
　＊A Release sake requires Entry of an Item master (Process or Order) separately in documented work instructions or Purchase list.
The bill of materials which performed Entry and Update here turns into a work central part article table, and it cannot be used until Formal entry is Complete(d) by MRP.

【Operating procedure outline】
①Specification of Design Item: Input Item and "Change content" which perform AddItem or Design Change, and push [Query]. When there is Item to quote, Reference item is also inputted and [Quotation Entry] is pushed. ②Entry and Change of Item composition: Carry out [Add], [Ref. add], and [Item change] to the displayed Item composition, and Change Item composition.
③Check the head sequence of Entry and Change:ObjectItem of Structure iteminformation, and it pushes [Update], 【Structure information change】 Entry and Change are performed from a screen.
④When Change has AddIteminformation in No.t set or Iteminformation, 「Item」 is chosen and Entry and Change of the Iteminformation are carried out.
⑤A setup of Structure item and its Iteminformation pushes [Formal entry] in Complete. 【Bill of materials Formal entry】 It changes on a screen.

Query	Structure information of Present of specified Item is displayed.
Quotation Entry	Structure iteminformation of Reference item is copied to Item, and it is displayed.
Formal entry	A bill of materials Entry by carrying out "Formal entry" which Entry and correction of Structure item Complete(d).
Single layer expansion	Level: Display only Item of 01. 02 or less Structure item is displayed on Individual by る and こ which push 「+」
Add	The screen which Add(s) Structure item is displayed.
Ref. add	Structure item which chose the head of the Details line can be Change(d) in another Structure item. Structure item of the low rank layer in that case is also copied.
Update	The contents of Structure item which chose the head of the Details line can be Update(d).
Item change	Structure item which chose the head of the Details line can be Change(d).

Query item name	Explanation

Change content	Remark(s), such as contents, a reason, etc. for Design Change
Change management No..	Automatic assignment of order numbers
PRFX	The start prefix of Structure item which indicates by Query

LV	The composition level of Item seen from Parent item
PRFX	The prefix of Item seen from Parent item
Item	Structure item seen from Parent item. Selection will display Iteminformation. When the "＊" mark is displayed on the left-hand side of the Item column, Item to which Entry of the master is not performed is shown.
