Shipping report Batch entry †

The file outputted by 【Shipping instruction sheetRelease】. The file which Selection(ed) and outputted Receipt by 【the unification reception file Query】is edited in Excel, and there is or Batch entry [ the contents / in this screen ].

Query item name	Explanation
Plant	Specification is impossible. User Subordinate plant
Register type	It is Selection about any of Shipping instruction information or EDI shipping information they are.
File name	The full path of the storing place and File name of a file which perform Batch processing is specified.

Shipping date	year/month/date	－		In a Not input, Current day is set. Date which actually Shipping(ed) is inputted.
Shipping quantity	number	12,4		In a Not input, Location with directions is set.Quantity which actually Shipping(ed) is inputted.

Shift	alphabet/number	1		Shift which Shipping(ed) is inputted and it manages as Track recordinformation.
Batch number	alphabet/number/symbol	20		Batch number used for the traceability of Item is inputted. Traceability is possible at 【receipt-and-payment Track recordReference】.
Pallet	alphabet/number/symbol	10		It inputs, when Shipping(ing) by PalletUnit, and it manages as Track recordinformation.
Remarks		40		Remarks at the time of Shipping is inputted and it manages as Track recordinformation.
Customer
B/L DATE	year/month/date	-		B/L DATE (loading Day) is inputted.
INVOICE NO	number sign	20		INVOICE No is inputted.

Before Batch entry, it is Confirm(ed) whether there is any error in the contents of a file.

A Confirm procedure becomes as follows.
①【Shipping report Batch entry】 is started, the 〔Reference〕 button of File name is click(ed), and the file which uploads is specified.
②Register type is Selection(ed).(Entry from Shipping instruction sheet Shipping instruction information, Entry from EDIPacking list is Selection about EDI shipping information.)
③If the Confirm button is click(ed), Confirm processing will start.
④Since a List indication of the Confirm result will be given if the 〔Result confirmation〕 button is click(ed) after processing, it Confirm(s) that it is errorless.

The 〔Entry〕 button will be click(ed) and there is Batch entry [ with the 〔Confirm〕 button / ShippingTrack recordinformation ] if there is no error in the file [ Batch entry / file ].

The result processed with the 〔Confirm〕 button and the 〔Entry〕 button is indicated by List.

The contents of List of Result confirmation are downloaded by All pieces and CSV.
