得意先品目*	ダウンロードを行う得意先品目を指定（前方一致）
営業担当	ダウンロードを行う営業担当を指定
得意先注文No*-行番	ダウンロードを行う得意先注文No（前方一致）と得意先注文行番を指定
Read-in date	Specify Period considered as Download Object.
DL type	Type of the data to download Forecast:Forecast sales order、Order:Confirm Order
